Hey folks, so I was injured over 5 years ago and Im confined to a wheelchair because of the injury. I still get erections just not as easy to ejaculate. My question is, what method or device would give me a bigger flaccid appearance and is easier to use when my hands arent as functional due to spinal injury level? My grip is pretty weak and hands dont function like normal. Is it possible to stretch my cock to give a longer flaccid look with a device that lets someone in my situation use?
