I would, but I don't use recipes! I just make the sauce, and bread and fry the zucchini (do flour, egg, then bread crumbs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder) and then bake it with a slice of provolone or mozzarella. IZ GOOOOOD.

By the way, my favourite dishes are, of course, pizza (REAL pizza!), risotto & Milanese cutlet.

I like any kind, especially if it is made with whole wheat pasta. I ask for whole wheat pasta when I go to an Italian restaurant.

I make my own macaroni with whole wheat pasta, non fat cheddar cheese, skim milk, olive oil, powered garlic, and Italian herbs.

Canelloni, worked in several Italian restaurants in my younger days, and was very good at making it.
Got several extremely good compliments from a hen party one night!
