Unable to Stay Logged in on iPhone

Any idea why I would be unable to stay logged in on my iPhone (using Safari)? Yes, I check "Remember me?" For a time it worked and then when I cleared cookies for an unrelated reason, it no longer does. It's an iPhone 6 running 12.4.3. Not a big deal but I thought I'd ask. Can always use a different browser I suppose.

i remember when you had to rely on telephone booths and when a telephone was really a telephone. how did we manage then i wonder? we managed just fine...........

now these so called phones have so much shit on them and when you try to make a call you have to weed through all of the other crap. i`m old school when it comes to phones.
