Premium Benefit
Should premium members have to wait to have pics moderated? We think, no. Spam and fake accounts wouldn't pay for premium, would they.

I don't see why they should be exempt, it's not like a premium member has never had their pic deleted before, so why not mod all and save some time... although some do still get through and need to be reported. smile

Everyone should be treated equally as it’s a site ruling. Other than that NN makes rules we follow

It takes a lot of the fun out of posting pictures for everyone. You have put in the work and time to post the pictures like you want them to be seen. You are excited when you post them to see what comments, votes and bookmarks you will receive right then and there. You are on NN at this moment to see this take place. Then you're told it might take an hour depending on how many moderators are here to make sure they are acceptable. By that time you could be logged off the site. It worked great the way it was for 20 yrs. but no let's fix something that doesn't need fixing. I'm guessing that's why the number of photos posted daily has dwindled considerably down. But what do I know? Do you daily posters enjoy having to wait an hour to see what's happening with the pics you just posted? I doubt it

Just as an indication of what mods are up against: I have just logged in, I don't know how many other mods are here at the moment, but there are 135 pics in the queue waiting for approval. At one pic a minute (that's pretty quick if each pic is thoroughly reverse searched and checked), that's more than two hours work. I like to perve at pics and chat in status/chat too. smile

So what? There are plenty of members here who would alert moderators at the drop of a hat if a picture wasn't right. and poof they were gone. It worked great that way. Yes the fun is being eradicated little by little here. The last one left turn out the lights.

Once again, these changes were made to keep up with a change in the laws of various jurisdictions around the world. In other words, NN is simply keeping the site in compliance with the law. NN, runs a clean, fun, site and intends to keep it that way.

It's got nothing to do with kool aide. Sites like this are becoming increasingly held legally responsible for anything that is posted on them. It's a huge pain in the arse for mods as well, but it's helping to keep the site on line.

might be time to stop posting then. See how far status, blogs, and forum can keep this place running. It was once a great site but nothing lasts forever. good luck

There's just no fun posting pictures and having to wait so long for it to appear. Like has previously been said, we like to see our pics on site right away. It feels good to see it, not hours and hours later. By that time we've gone to bed, or had to go out etc etc. By the time we've logged back in the pic has disappeared and the fun has gone. TOF suffers the most. We'll just not bother anymore.
Why should non paying members and paying members get treated equally?
Make it a premium perk to have pics posted instantly.
And we are still getting the pop ups asking for more money.

We are with you RC but the problem is they don't give a fuck. It used to be for everyone who left there were 2 to take their place. I don't know if that's the case anymore. There were 9 pages of pictures posted today. 9! Kind of tells you something doesn't it. To many on ass sucks on here to. Not that it matters to anyone but by the weekend all of our pics will be gone to. Until somebody comes to their senses and put things back like it was 20 yrs. ago. By! Last one in the photo gallery turn off the lights

Pics are slow to post today as there is a glitch in the system. Moderators are unable to approve/reject pics, NN, is currently working on the fix. As of this writing they are still working on the issue, hopefully this will be fixed soon and the mods can catch up with the approval process.

This problem wouldn't exist if the photos didn't have to go through a lengthy moderation process.

Before the new system was put in place, there was a lot of non-consensual pictures being posted. Photos of ex-wives, ex-girlfriends, plus of course current wives and girlfriends who would probably promptly become exes if they knew what their partner was up to. Men pretend to be women to post these pics. For some sick reason it turns them on to post pics of their partners without consent. It matters not whether you are a free member or premium, anyone can post pics and break the law. We have needed these vetting procedures to be put in place for a long time. Innocent people need to be protected. Just because someone has allowed their partner to take nude pictures of them, does not give them permission to post the pictures online for their own sick enjoyment. The site is doing what it can to keep this site legal! Yes, the law is more important what you think or want.

If you don't like waiting for your pics to go live, simply don't upload any.

What’s the reverse search referred to earlier?

Also, what good does running pics by a mod do in regards to non-consensual / revenge? How can they tell?

Do you suppose full ID will be the next shoe to drop? That’s now the case on xhamster though so far they’ve not done what PH did and purge existing content.

Just getting started
Premium members carry the load for freeloaders.
That is why as a long time Premium member I will end my status in 90 days when my membership ends. The changes to this site have made me think that as Premium members we are not heard. To all of you that have uploaded your photos for my enjoyment I thank you all.

Because as a Mod we review each pic before it is allowed to go to the gallery. Non-consensual, if a male profile is posting photos of random women, that might be a case of non-consensual. Revenge pics same thing or maybe they're dumb and put a title to the pic saying my ex or something like that. Also running photos through reverse search does help us catch people stealing photos from other sites trying to pass them off here. So I hope this might answer some of your questions.

And as far as full ID these rules are not done primarily by the owners of the sites it's usually pushed by someone else like credit companies or even by other countries laws regarding internet pornography.

Why do you think premium members are not heard? Because you're premium you think you hold a stake in what this site does? Do you feel you have a voice in what NN does with his site?

To me if the person looks asleep it should not be approved, that is what a non consensual picture looks like blink

But if the photographer shows the person the pic when they wake up and they give permission? It's getting to be a big grey area.

That's why every person you share with a face or recognizable now must be ID verified.

I don't get why anyone wants to post any pictures where the picture looks like it has been taken without consent, that's the grey area to me, I bet there are quite a few women that do not even know their husbands post their naked pictures on a nude site. For that reason alone I am glad the Verification thing came out.

It is absolutely not a grey area. If you're showing anyone in your photos that's identifiable i.e. face or tattoos they also need ID verified. And if it's a photo of someone sleeping it would be refused to be published anyway. As a mod a sleeping person gives no consent.
