If I ran NN...
I would make sure that request were addressed, that both mobile App and desktop users have the same option, free users get unlimited return messaging, owners have control over their best pictures and everyone has the same scrutiny, everyone has their pictures rotated through the front pages. There is obviously a a flaw in the guidelines for posting pictures where some people can post fully clothed and others can not, there is a artistic area and that should be just that where you can Express yourself as long as you don't break the other rules of the site with respect for sex and nudity. I would make sure there was transparency and post remarks in the daily status page as well as personally notifying offenders of the offense.
