I would pass a law that requires everyone who wants to have children take IQ and apttitude testing and if they arent of at least average intelegence they have to be steralized because I am sick of stupid fucking people. They have five fucking kids they cant afford so I have to fucking pay for it. The parents are dumb as shit and every one of those five kids are gonna turn out even more dumb.
