Well, The Wife had her hip replacement surgery so I am pretty sure that means at least another 4 - 6 weeks of no sex (I get it, she has to heal) and The Ex has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer so she is also having surgery and then in December I am having surgery - WOW This sucks.
Hopefully things even out a bit .......

AAAAnnnnnddd just to keep up the count, it is now 15 weeks since any 'real' activity. It is funny because she (the Wife) makes comments like she wants me, but her actions prove different.

Well, I have decided that I will be trying to make some decisions about moving forward in early January 2022. This has been a year of reckoning with The Wife as far as no sex. Right now, we are at (I think) 13 or 14 weeks with no sex except for one BJ. She has said a few times that she misses the intimacy we had and I end up thinking 'WHAT???' but she is getting a hip replacement in 10 days and I am allowing for recovery time, then I get pretty major shoulder surgery in December. If things in the bedroom do not improve early next year, there will have to be changes. The WIfe has already been sort of put on notice and has made promises, but always seems to find a reason to not live up to them. I guess we will see.

I feel like I need to update the blog, but I am not sure what to say .... Still no bedroom action. Hoping to fuck The Ex sometime in the coming week and going on a short vacation with The Wife in a week, but nothing really exciting. Wife does have hip replacement surgery scheduled and The Ex has a lumpectomy scheduled so they have lots of stuff happening and I have a consult with a Doc in another state for my torn rotator cuff.

Well, it has been roughly 11 weeks since The Wife and I last fucked and I am getting tired of my right hand. Friday night we went to bed and she made a comment about if she should remove her shirt and of course, I said yes. Well, not mine. I went with The Wife to her annual Dr. Visit last week - I went along because we both had some questions about a new weight loss option and it just made sense to go together - I was there for the entire checkup, No Big Deal as I used to go with The Ex when we were married. She gets undressed and puts on the 'gown' and as she does she is struggling because of her bad hip and she says it is especially frustrating because she misses our 'intimacy' and all I do is think 'What Intimacy'???? I mean over the past 20 years we have only averaged once every 6 weeks so you are not currently really missing anything. Really?? All that statement does is piss me off!

I got home from a LONG day working on my food truck and as usual The Wife met me in the driveway and helped me back the rig in. She has started moving to plug up the rig as soon as I get it parked which is nice. I walked over to her as she plugged it in and she said 'See, I got you plugged in' my response was the wrong thing was plugged in - that I needed to be plugged in to her to which she replied 'Later'. Well .... I was truly hopeful, but ... NOPE - NOTHING! I should not have been hopeful.
She is on a weight loss program and appears to be taking it seriously and we are hoping that her hip improves without surgery.
She does go back to working in her regular office in a few weeks so at least The Ex and I may find time to fuck a bit.

So I found out yesterday that sometime before the end of the year, I will need to have shoulder surgery. This will be roughly a 6 month recovery with no work for probably 4 months. The Wife is completely freaked out about it - not the no work part - but just the surgery. I am worried about the no work part, but I will manage.
The reality is, she will most likely use it as another reason for us to not have sex on a regular basis - she seems to look for new reasons. Something has to change. I know I have said this for the entire 10+ years that I have been posting here, but at least there have been a few somewhat progressive discussions with her this year.
The Wife is starting a weight loss program so we will see if that helps and she is getting injections in her hip to help with that plus we have 2 vacations planned before the end of the year.
Thinking Positive Thoughts.

Well, 6 weeks now since The WIfe and I fucked last. She goes for a cortisone shot in her hip next Friday so we will see if that helps her pain which will, in theory, increase our sex life. Meanwhile, I am waiting for her to go back to working in her office so The Ex and I can fuck every now and then if nothing else.

The past 2 nights have been somewhat strange. The Wife does not usually go to sleep topless as she complains that her tits get in the way when she turns over as she is sleeping so when she does it is usually an indication that we will have sex. Well since she cannot move comfortably to have sex at this point due to her hip and back pain it is odd that she has come to bet topless for the past 2 nights - nothing of any consequence happened especially since she took her sleeping pills which assures that she will pass out pretty quickly but leaves me frustrated. I have no idea what is going on in her mind related to this, but there will surely be a talk later this week as it is not 'fair' to me to be teased like this. I am sure she has a logic behind her actions, but I do not think she is thinking it all the way through.

Well, this actually took place about a week and a half ago. I said that I was no longer happy with our situation and wanted to separate - she started to cry and asked why to which I pointed out the obvious, NO SEX! She was seemingly apologetic and said she wished the pain was not so much because she wished she could 'Spread Her Legs For me' (her words) well, after her denying me for most of 20 years I sort of find that hard to believe, but she is at least seeing a doctor soon about the hip problems so we will see where that goes. What difference does it make if there is another month or two at this point. Meanwhile, she is making no real effort to loose weight which is critical.
From my record keeping we have fucked a total of 10 times so far this year which is less than twice a month - pretty disappointing.

I will say that if there are any ladies in my area looking for a NSA / FWB situation, I am certainly up for it. It would probably be only once or twice a month, but better than nothing for me and I will make sure you enjoy it.
