its kinda funny being verified, i think I have had fewer people pm and comment since I became verified lol.
Im preparing to attend some Falklands War commemorations soon, not the most pleasant occasions but necessary.
Have been into a couple of schools this week to talk to the kids about the war. I get a creepy feeling, that kids today think that being dead is ok, coz you can push the reset button and come back to life, like in a computer game.

well it appears that i am now verified, not sure exactly what that all means, but am informed its a good thing.
Im really only here to chat and have fun with people, in the Forum etc, Im not stupid enough to even think that anyone would want to see pics of me naked etc, so i will spare you all that.
Its gonna take a while to get used to the site, especially the ladies here, When my wife died I thought that the end was here for me too, she was my whole world, I loved her more than I know how to put into words, and surprisingly, for a guy who has travelled all around the world, in the service of his country, I was totally faithful to her for nearly 30 years.
Life seems strange without her, but I also know how much stick she would give me if I didnt take life by the horns, and live it now shes gone.
Losing my active position in the lifeboat crew shortly after was aheavy blow too, but "life goes on"
So lets see what fun I can have on NN.

Hey Ive got a little yellow thing on my posts etc, guess that is a good thing, or am i being singled out for execution or something, lmao.

Well im here not sure what to say
Im a Widower, wife died last year, i teach truck and bus driving, i served 25 years with the RNLI as a lifeboatman, unfortunately now apparently I have a heart murmur which doesnt allow me to serve as an active crew member.
i was in the Army for many years, and saw action in The Falklands War as well as 6 tours of duty in Northern Ireland.
I have lots of time on my hands now, so thought id see whats going on here.
