Sitting in the dark listening to music always inspires thoughts to begin their nightly ritual of dancing in my head. And such random thoughts they are, each one leading to another, until the chain is so convoluted you are never sure where it began and where it will end. Memories mix with realities, and the future looms unknown, both exciting and terrifying.
