I feel kinda guilty today.....I had promised my bf a night of fun last night but when last night came around I was just plain old knackered and fell asleep....I know, oops....but I will make up for it tonight.

For once I've had a really productive day today, I got lots done and am now sitting in a tidy, clean room....with dishes and washing and all the other boring stuff all done! Hell, I've even caught up on blogs and been into chat too.....

Yesterday was quite a strange day all round, I went out for a while but when I came back my b/f john wasnt in the house but since I had messages with me I just started putting them away. I noticed him walking back with the dog so figured he had just taken the dog for a walk........When he got back in because I was still putting away the shopping I didn't really look when he was telling me the story about how he and the dog both fell. It wasn't till I turned around and noticed how wet the dog was that I actually stopped and asked him to tell me story again...(lol....thats when I noticed how wet he was too!!) It turns out his phone rang while the dog was on the lead....(they were standing next to the canal at the time....I bet you can guess by now!) anyway the dog jumped at a bird in the canal and john got a fright jumped back.....he appears to have forgotten that the canal was behind him though! lmfao!! I have heard a few stories of people falling in, and even jumping in but talk about showing off and jumping in backwards.......

Later we went out for a drink...ok a few drinks more like! When we were on our way home we were having a bit of a carry on, and I started to fall but I thought there was a wall behind me... so I just let myself keep falling thinking that the wall would catch me....unluckily we were miles away from it and my head broke the fall and the pavement caught me.....

mwahhhhhh......willow...(sporting a lump and a headache!)

Just to add.....attempt no. 2 resulted in flames so the hoover is now in the bin!

Heeeheee, the hoover decided to die earlier so we decided to try and fix it......So one hour later and having all the screws back in place and clearing out all the hoses and stuff we were finally ready for TEST DRIVE......

Now let me get this straight......the hoover shouldn't have smoke belting out of it hu?????

I don't seem to get around here as much as I used to, so I'm going to take this chance to wish everybody a very Merry Christmas and a Great New Year. See you all in 2007!!

I'm going back to work tonight, just trying to keep busy right now.

I think last week truly was one of the worst ever.....hoping this week runs a bit smoother!!

Grrrrrr.....this week really has been the worst ever!! I hate to blog depressed all the time but OMG is it only Wednesday???

I have spent the last 2 days (since my last blog.....in which i thought I had it tough!!)sitting by my gran's bedside waiting on the inevitable happening. Not a nice thing to go through, but this woman has given me so many happy days and a lifetime of memories to live with that the least I can do is sit by her in her greatest time of need!

It is weird, some of the thoughts and memories that have come back to me over the last couple of days AND it puts everything else into perspective!

As I walked into her room tonight she turned and smiled at me and I swear I saw a beautiful 16 year old girl smiling at me....not the 81 year old that should have been there.....and that is what I am going to carry with me for the rest of my days!!
