Always use these backbone go to ingredients ketchup, vinegar, sugar after that it depends on what is in the cupboard. Be adventurous and add what you like. I found this helpful when emptying partial condiment btls like Worcestershire sauce soy sauce hoysin sauce, into a pan and making up a concoction. Like I say what ever turns you on flavour wise goes. As regards to the other turn ons well aherm leans back, well helloooooo Sweet cheeks :)

Well, lol, .... we have takeaway shops that do BBQ chickens where they cook multiple whole chooks on a rotisserie thingy and they baste them in a few seasonings and sell them either whole, half or quarters. If you just cook them at home and on a BBQ rotisserie the same way, season with whatever. If done in the oven or slow cooker its a roast chooken :)

I prefer oven but I recently did a dry rub seasoning and added pressed garlic smoked paprika with a little Tom soup and tobacco sauce as a spice to add a little heat. Plus I had a glass of red wine. But that went down well before I could add it ;) oooooooooh no darling you haven’t, leans back again cmere ya sexy thang

Grilled with charcoal.....tho I like to grill bbq sauce into my chicken.....sumpn about the crunchy exterior and moist interior....lol!
