Cold summer soup

Gazpacho soup...serves 4..serve cold
For the broth:
3 tbsp wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups tomato juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp worchester sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
Add:
1/2 cup green pepper finely chopped
1/2 cup finely copped english cucumber
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped spanish onion
3 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
1 tsp chives
mix together chill...and serve
Delicious on a hot day..hope ya enjoy!
