Ever since moderation approval became a requirement for posting pics, moderators have been going through old files and removing pictures. It happened to me. Back a couple months ago when pictures...

I don't think they take down duplicates, or at least they didn't not long ago. In the rules, it states the occasional repost is OK, but if it's done many times, the repeats may be taken down. I...
Repost is when you post the same picture again, I am talking about when people post a lot of pictures and may post the same picture 2 or 3 times,maybe without noticing.
I think it would depend on how many pictures you have and if multi posts can easily be spotted. I don't think moderators are going to go through a four-figure amount of photos looking for duplicates.
If you mean me, I just happened to see it as the latest status update, saw that I experienced something similar, and decided to comment. One cannot tell how old a post is unless one looks carefully.
