April 22nd, one year ago today my mom saw her doctor for not feeling well. He told her it was menopause and her medication. 8 days later she was dead 💔
My mother died November of 2017, she was in a nursing home and doing well at the age of 67. One minute she's well the next minute my managers are taking me out of work. And the grief that followed.
It changed everything, I am a totally different person since. It's kinda funny that I only consider myself as a real adult since she passed. Mom was my heart and soul.
All I can say, is PLEASE educate yourselves about heart attack symptoms in women. They are SO different and are often even missed by long time health care professionals. PLEASE learn from this!
