Well, it's been a month and I can say that I love it!! Love how it makes food taste. I'm doing some chicken breasts today using the Pit Boss "competition blend" wood pellets.
I'm gonna get a pork belly next week and attempt to make my own bacon. It has to soak in a brine for about 10 days before it goes on the smoker though.
Blah, sound like work to me. Enjoy your bbq. I'm gonna install a new filter pump on our swimming pool while my chicken is in the smoker today. Need to be ready to open pool later this month.
