It's Labor Day weekend. That means that the Pit Boss smoker will be busy for the next 3 days!! Happy end of summer folks. Enjoy it while it lasts. Winter is just around the corner.
I smoke mine for about 5 hours at 180 then turn up the heat to 225 and mop them with the bbq sauce for the last hour or so. They are falling of the bone delicious.
