There's no Report Profile button if you're not premium so it's not as simple as just reporting them. I also didn't read the OP as negative, his profile suggests English isn't his first language.

What fake profiles??? We have so many tools to rid the place of them, what makes you think there is an increasing amount? I think there are less than ever, and it's always been our aim to have zero.

Curiosity took me to the FP. 1 self proclaimed internet whore + 2 dodgy looking profiles. Maybe fake is the wrong word here. "Not genuine profiles looking to mislead people" is a bit of a mouthful...
