Never be ashamed of a scar. It simply means you’re stronger than whatever tried to hurt you.
I've a 14 inch one I've yet to show here. But folks at the nudie resorts get to see it. Not ashamed, just happy to be alive.

my two scars remind me that 1) defensless low walls will try to kill you when slippery and 2) barbed wire is there to keep you from trespassing

I had a c section and my scar is barely visible. Doesn't bother me in the least
