Is RudeNude an alternate name for NN or a site partner?

I ask because I got an email in the exact same format that I normally get friend requests from NN but it was from something called RudeNude and turns out that when I logged into NN I had the same exact friend request from the same person, so was this just something sent out in error or what?

See the slightly redacted version below we got.

Thanks, that's very odd as we have never heard of that before and none of the previous friends requests had come in like that, they have all been from NN itself to the point this one actually went into the junk mail box by default.
