This suggestion has been made many times in the past and NN (the site) has already said it's not going to happen. Individual only profiles mean more profiles, and more profiles are good for biz.

It sure would be nice to have a couple designation on a profile. It would preclude the need to explain that the profile is a couple in the description.
But you can always fill in the "In relationship with" box on the profile to denote your partner.
