Support does not resolve issues submitted through the forum. You will need to submit a ticket via the support tickets. You should receive a response from them i believe within 48 hours. If it is a technical issue, they may not have an immediate fix as attempts are constantly being worked on the improve the site and it may be something that has been vetted for future upgrades. You can inquire the status of a ticket by clicking on the initial submission.
