Take a red magic marker and draw one red line down a tampon, really,

Reducing the cramping is a fantastic reason for period sex. In my experience it helps out a lot for my partner. Again, being super clean is the key. I totally agree, but on the second half of period
first half is bloated, sore, to much flow, even extra gasy at times
at second half of period hormone surge
(i also feel that at ovulation btw)
shower sex, towels in bed, usually have babywipes at hand
you can use other solutions too
