i left about a year bk to take time out but didnt realise that i was having a break down i went from going out daily over to see my mum to not seeing her since last march mothers day n staying in the house then i have just started going bk out i still get panic attacks but im trying but still havent got over to mums i can just about make it too the shop in my estate besides any further but it process i got a support worker 2 weeks ago so that really helpsso started going to dif things to get me out joined a sewing class im making a wall chart for my daughter. just thought i try fill in the gaps.hugz ;-P
