Tonight I lost the best thing that ever had a set of testicles- My little doxie Keno. Keno peeps and I have been together for 26 years. I got him in Oregon when he was 5 weeks old and he was my best buddy from day one. We traveled together in the big truck, we retired from the road together. We moved 1/2 way across the country a couple of times. Several NNers had the privilege of knowing him first hand and how loving and silly he could be. I am heartbroken and miss him already. Tomorrow I'll find a grassy patch here in Texas and put him to bed for the last time. I will never forget how he saw his first butterfly and ran after it mimicking the trail the butterfly took. I'll remember how he would twang the door stopper with his paw to let someone know it was time to open the door. His little harp seal bark. I will remember my little man always.
