Hello My friends, and friends yet to be Just thought I would ramble a bit .....lol. I was just reading through some of my older blogs and realised that this time last year If i was lucky I could do upto 8 minutes on my elliptical (before my lumbar puncture episode). Well I am here to tell you that I now do 30 minutes on the elliptical at least 5 days a week, together with some strength exercises I have made progress (regardless of my bodies frailties). The weight is progressively but slowly coming off due to me watching what i'm eating and the exercise. Oh it's going to be 92-95 degress in Colorado Springs today. Elle x | ||||||
