April 1st - April Fool's Day

Was not a fool it was the friggin steps - I fell down the damn steps landed on my arse and back - turns out I bruised my coccyx and it friggin well hurt like the worst pain ....... It hurt when I sat or laid down on my side or back - we brought a pillow that has a hole in it specially for alleviating some pain - it was ok for a while but really I just had to keep adjusting myself to get comfy and trying to find a comfy spot was well, uncomfy.
It has been a whole month now and I am gradually getting back to normal.

In the meantime I also have had to see a physio therapist, I see him once every 2 weeks or it will be too expensive - this is for my stability and balance, I have osteo arthritis in my right knee and my doc says it is travelling to my hip, this is what has caused me to fall aswell,

Now it is bed time so goodnight one and all.
