Okay, I did it. I let myself be talked into posting another pic of my feet. I've posted one here before but didn't get much of a positive response so I removed it. Since I'm not really "into" feet I'm not sure how to pose them to make them the most sexually appealing. Plus, I go for the natural look...which means I cut my toenails myself and don't use polish. Please be kind with your pic comments...

Did anyone see "Primetime" on ABC tonight? It was a pretty cool show. Most of it was about 6 teams of 2 people each who were turned loose in NYC and were told to go find one of the other teams. They didn't know the names of the other people, what they looked like, or even their genders. Strangely enough, 3 teams found each other at the top of the Empire State Building (a la "Sleepless in Seattle" and the other 3 teams managed to meet up with each other in Times Square.

The rest of the program was about using the threat of public humiliation as an incentive to get a group of people to lose 15 pounds in 8 weeks. All of them had to pose in a swimsuit and have their pics taken by a professional photographer. The women all had to wear skimpy little 2 piece suits. If they didn't lose the weight within the required amount of time, ABC said they would show the pics on TV and also post them online. One woman remarked that she felt more naked with the suit on than when she's in the shower. I suppose that's because there were other people besides the photographer in the room (and yes, some of them were men). Truth be told, the thought of posing like that...in a skimpy little 2 piece with a bunch of men right there watching...is rather intriguing. For those of you who missed the show and are wondering...all but one lady reached their goal. Although she had lost 3 dress sizes, she'd also built up muscle (which weighs more than fat) so she was 2 or 3 pounds shy of the 15-pound goal. ABC said they just wanted to see if the "threat" of having the pics shown would be enough incentive...they ended up giving the woman's pics to her instead of making them public.

...and so it begins! I received my first negative comment since my return on one of the pics I posted today. Apparently I should go cry in a corner because I'm so fat. Guess who posted the comment? Unknown2000! Can you get anymore anonymous than that? I checked out the profile. My guess is it's fake since the "girl?" compares her intelligence level to Jessica Simpson's. Don't worry...I'm not taking the comment to heart. The fool couldn't even spell. I could delete the comment but I think I'll leave it for the time-being so everyone can read such a "well-written" comment...

I'm a little hesitant to comment on this for fear that I'll jinx things, but it seems like things have really changed. When I was here before, the majority of the feedback on my pics was positive but I did get several ugly PM's and hateful pic comments. While that negative feedback didn't change my opinion of myself, it DID spoil my experience here somewhat.

Since I've been back? Absolutely no negativity whatsoever! All pic comments...positive! All the PM's I've received...positive! Even the voting on the pics...something I don't usually pay much attention to...has been positive as well! I don't know if the sourpusses have left or if they've just learned how to behave like adults. Either way, I'm glad that at least some of the negativity has ceased.

Now...I owe an apology to the NNers who've been around for awhile. I'm sure you've noticed that a lot of the pics I'm posting have appeared here before. Please forgive me...my digital camera is broken and I haven't had a chance to get it repaired so there won't be any new pics for now. In the meantime, I'm trying to post the best of my "old" pics for the newbies who've never seen them.

A Florida couple, both well into their 80s, goes to a sex therapist's office. The doctor asks, "What can I do for you?" The man says, "Will you watch us have sexual intercourse?" The doctor raises both eyebrows , but he is so amazed that such an elderly couple is asking for sexual advice that he agrees. When the couple finishes, the doctor says, "There's absolutely nothing wrong with the way you have intercourse." He thanks them for coming, wishes them good luck, charges them $50, and says goodbye.

The next week, however, the couple returns and asks the sex therapist to watch again. The sex therapist is a bit puzzled, but agrees. This happens several weeks in a row. The couple makes an appointment, has intercourse with no problems, pays the doctor, then leaves.

Finally, after 5 or 6 weeks of this routine, the doctor says, "I'm sorry, but I have to ask. Just what are you trying to find out?" The old man says, "We're not trying to find out anything. She's married and we can't go to her house. I'm married and we can't go to my house.The Holiday Inn charges $98. The Hilton charges $139. We do it here for $50, and I get $43 back from Medicare."

Guess their really ARE some advantages to growing old! <wink>

Well, I'm finally back. I won't be visiting NN daily, but I'll try to check in at least once a week. See, dial-up is the only thing available in my area and as you know, DIAL-UP SUCKS, SUCKS, SUCKS!! Oh, by the way...did I mention that dial-up sucks a big, huge wad?! Can't wait until high-speed internet access makes it to my corner of the boonies...possibly later this year.

Hope everyone's been doing okay since I was last here back in November. Hopefully some of the drama that was going on...mostly in the forum...is over now or at least settled down a bit. I'm just here for a little fun and the thrill of posting "dirty" pics of me for the world to see.

Well, things are going better at work. The nastiness has settled down and now the backstabbers are being nice to me and treating me as though nothing happened. I'm nice back to them, but don't worry...I won't forget that they can't be trusted. As they say..."Keep your friends close but your enemies closer."

My work schedule has finally eased up a bit so that I have a little more time to cruise NN, but work has been so shitty lately that I'm not in the mood! I won't bore you with details, but some things are being said about me behind my back. It started out with a couple of people running their mouths, but now rumors have been spread and have turned into downright lies about me. My immediate boss is aware of the details. I told her the truth about what happened, but I get the feeling she thinks a small part (not all) of the lies might be true since the people who told them have been there a lot longer and she knows those people better. Can't tell you how much it bothers me that lies are being told about me. I've only been on this job for about 6 weeks and I feel like I'm sinking into a hole that I can't get out of. Some of you may think, "Then why doesn't she just change jobs?" I would, but I doubt I could find another job where I could make a good income and get as much time off as I do with this current job.

There are also a couple of people I work with who are very lazy and will do anything they can to get out of doing a little work. They get away with it though, because they're good at hiding their laziness (i.e., they do and say things to make it look like they're busy). They're also the two worst "tattletales". They will go to our boss at the drop of a hat to tell on someone else and get them in trouble. Guess they think if they can make their coworkers look bad in the boss's eyes, it will make them look that much better in comparison.

Sorry to bitch like this. Just letting those that are interested know another reason why I'm not partaking in this site like I once did. Also, I thought maybe some of you have been in the same type situation and could enlighten me on the best way to deal with the bad apples...

Thanks for all the great comments I received on my last blog entry! Didn't realize I would be missed that much...sure does make a girl feel good to know people care about her!

Now that I've learned how to sneak onto NN and hide the evidence, I'll hopefully be able to visit a little more often. The hell of it is that I'm using a relative's computer and it's dial-up (which SUCKS big time...had cable modem at my old place)! Got some off days coming up in a few weeks...maybe I can visit then and be able to stay much longer!
