Well it was my 30th birthday last Friday and it didn't hurt at all. Spent some time with family and friends just the way i wanted it no big party or anything like that. And i managed to keep a promise i set myself years ago that i would have stopped smoking before i was 30. Stopped almost 11 weeks ago and never looked back  |
