NoSecrets's blog post - I need to make some changes in my life

I am having a bit of a health crisis right now and it is forcing me to make some life style changes. Changes that I should have already made by now.

Apparently burning the candle at both ends, and stuffing all the stress that builds up way down deep so you can ignore it, is not so good for your health! Who knew? lol

Truthfully I did know, but I thought I'd have time to deal with it later, like when I retire. lol Guess not.

Anyways, all this made me think of the last time I felt this way about my life. That was 12 years ago, when I first joined NN! Back then I had a lot of stress too, but for much different reasons. This site helped me deal with that in a way that I can't easily describe, and it goes way beyond orgasms

This site has always been about much more then sex for me, from day one I knew this place was different. So my number one stress management tool is going to be this blog again. I always liked blogging and it was wonderful to vent without family seeing it lol

So I'm back bitches!
