I've been banned for virually nothing, concerning splats member support.
NN Support seems to have been very heavy handed.
It does seem basically, that my support for Splat, when in chat and afterwards in forum, got NN support banning me without even an official warning by pm...

They say thay they warned me in chat.
I believe what they said.

Chat can move fast for example...
Even I don't read everything! And it does not help when me comp temp freezes! sometimes.

Obviously,
I'am another premium member that is highly unlikely to ever buy premium again.

Well I'm getting replies from NN/Support..
I notice that they would have an impossible workload if they respond to everyone in such detail.

I can respond to the three main items..

Being homophobic.
I am not.
This came about when I suggested the the nubieboys site be scraped, to make make more opinions in the main site as gay people already use the main site..

Being racist..
I am not.
This came about when I invented a thread called chin chong chinese..
That is not racist.
Its a joke about their language.

(Not mentioned by NN/Support, but by others..
Are women getting too fat...
That was a part of the anti McYuckie campaign.)

And now the present one.
They told me not to talk in favour about Splat at that time.
I did so and got banned.

That was about a week ago, so with numbers, you should be OK at the moment..

Do note that they have explained their side of my banning and have told me that Raven is considered a liability in forum and is unlikely to return.

One Wonders....
When being suspended/banned from certain sections of the site without reason...
Should one expect a partial refund if one is a premium member...?
I would not mind being refunded in nudles actually...

Being that I have to pass by the McYuckie sin shop often..
Its can of interest as to how many relieve themselves in the place.
Lunchtimes seem normally hectic, but for some reasn, today it looked very quiet.
I set foot into The Den Of Obesity and purchased a "Double Mc cheese burger for £1.19, which is at their cheaper range.
It was McYuckie so I threw about half of it away...

It was odd.
Mid day, the Ronnie's hole, in centre of town, with few customers..(no queues at the till and nearly no one needing to serve)...
About 100 yards away, Ronnie slaves were handing out coupons of some description.

It seems that after a promotion, it all goes quiet..
So it will only get buisy again when the next promotion starts up.

Well I've sent a rather stern message to Support about me being a paying member who's been suspended without any detailed explanation... and if my account suddenly vanishes, you might have a clue why.

As for Splat..
I would like him to try and make friends with Prof..
He was my friend.
And just tone it down a little Splat..
Your an asset in here..
Also,
As Splat was not premium it appears..
Support do not always seem to contact standard members..

Something does not quite add up here..

Probably the fact that my computor tends to freeze.
So the sound keeps 'clucking' away but the screen does not move.
Later, its starts up again and I've obviously missed something.

I did see the comment about the Splatcats avs and they will not effect my (support) judgement.

But I cannot remember receiving a warning from support in the room..


This could be something about something that happened several months ago that "Body" was quizzing me about in forum at the time and got mixed up with this...
He was saying that a certain Mod had booted me off chat.
Actually, I have never been booted off chat

I wonders how safe a visitor to the U.S is..

They also get their wimps to do the dirty work or support them.

Yes I remember now.....Subject basic McYuckie.
.Slurp seemed tomato based with added extras,
thinly spread over burger so not to spill and tasted good..
.The 2 oz burger was impressive, but not to the now defunked wimpy standards.
.The people who were actually putting burgers etc together, wore thin clear plasic disposable gloves.
.A disabled person was being employed by Ronnie.

Bad points.
.The bun had an extremely high sugar content. It could not be described as bread
.Still over packed, with the packaging closely related to the non bread buns.
.Greasy preparation area.
.Staff trying to man more than one till at a time.
.Too much variaty, causing queues while staff take complicated orders.
.excessive price for the basic 2oz burger,79p. Would suggest 50p ((1$ US)
.Busy,Stiff,small doors. In an emergency,evacuation when crowded, it would take several minuits[up to four].
.Toilets open to non-customers.

Took my old comp to a shop today...
Never been in there before..
Explained before I took it in that I had reformatted C Drive, but the CD Rom would not work..even after the start-up floppy disk.
The said they would repair do it for £25.
I checked with another shop and they said they would do it for £40.
I took my ancient 98 comp ito the £25 shop.
They checked and found that my c drive was fucked.
They tried to sell me many used comps that were under £200.
They eventually offered a rather basic looking one that 'had just come in' first for £80..later for £65...
And then,at a last ditch attempt....The rather good offer of just £45 ,after showing me that it basically worked.
