Well, it looks like some of the old guard is gone, but some are still here!! Yay! Honestly, I've missed y'all, but I wasn't ready to have the internet back at my place for a while. I knew I'd be back in the thick of things, wanting to read the forums and the blogs and see all the naked pictures.....wait, I had a point here.

Some things are new, like the boyfriend, SWTWC, for you folks here. For all my old friends who knew me as a full-on domme, I still am one. My boyo is about half dom/half sub, but we're making a good adjustment. If he's lucky, he'll get to top.

I have a cute little dog, Spike. He's half Shih Tzu, half Pekingnese. Really smart. We make him salsa for treats. Our kitten's name is Goldie and she's a real sweetheart. Already got the dog under control, she's taking lessons from me - it's an indepth bestseller on how to be the bitch of the house.

Hello to my friends! Since my modem died at home and school started up, I haven't been around. I was able to finish off my degree and now I'm looking for a job. Why did no one mention that this was such a frustrating, pain-in-the-ass thing to do?

I'm not able to be around right now, using someone else's computer - having to clear the cache all the time makes me uncomfortable, so I have given up the ability to be here until such time as I can use my own computer to be drawn back in.

My modem got fried at home on Monday night, so that's why I haven't been around. I love yous and I'll miss yous.

And seeing the PMs and the comments in my blog, just makes my night. Especially, if you know the person for a while and you're like, 'gee, I feel good, I really love that person.' And it got me to thinking about the good feelings you can have for people you wouldn't know if you passed 'em on the street.

That's one of the wonders of sites like this. The good and caring people you can get to know, who care about you, just like you do them, feel like family in some ways - more over, it'd be special family, because you picked them yourself.

So, here's you to you, my friends. You know who you are, you're all wonderful and make me smile in numerous ways. If I was near you, we'd go for a drink of your choosing or cuddle or make something fun for dinner or something censored that cannot be put in this blog.

Lord. I'll admit that I bought the Curious George soundtrack for me, not even the kids. (This was months ago.) Today I bought his cd 'In Between Dreams.' What the hell? I do not remember loving laid-back music this much when I was younger. Did I get one white hair and turn into an old lady? Either way, I don't care.

I also helped my mother pick out her next vehicle, a 2001 Pontiac Aztec. I'm sincerely hoping that I'll get to drive it now and then, since I know it's gonna be completely paid for tomorrow. Heh. Still, it has a shit-ton of room and I know she could haul a small herd of animals in there. I'm glad for her. She got it at a good dealership, with a trust worthy salesman (yeah, I know, a joke, right?) who has given her a good deal in the past. Otherwise, she was gonna buy a Subaru (her first choice) at a dealership where they've been shady in the past.

I'm wiped out. Shopping with my mother is worse than shopping with me! *lol*

Day one is arriving in Thunder Bay, meeting the boyo, getting things put away in the hotel room, having dinner, maybe a movie and treating the boyo to a massage. I've had men fall asleep when I've given massages before so I'm prepared for that eventuality in this case, too. I should have gone to massage therapist school - maybe I'll take some classes there when the kids are older and I'm bored.

Day two includes testing out the toys that we've got and getting comfortable with the roleplaying. Cuffs, plugs, paddles, the leash (heehee!) (no, not for me, I'm the domina!)....a bunch of stuff.

Days 3-6 are not set, though I will be planning them.

Days 7-10 will likely be sight seeing. Lots to see and do up there. Things like the Sleeping Giant and Kakabeka (sp) Falls.
There's also a suspension bridge that's 150 ft in the air and 600 ft across. We'll see if I'm brave enough to do that.

Days 11-14 would be back to roleplaying with some things planned out.

Day 15 is the day I leave Thunder Bay and come home. That will be a late night, catching a flight in the afternoon and then coming home and getting the kids. Heh. I'll have to catch up on how everyone here is doing as well.

Just twelve more days to wait it out.

Sorry I was gone for so long.
My inet was down for a couple of days and then I was away visiting my grandparents.

Both of whom appear to be doing well. Did a side trip to see my little brother, my half-sister and my niece. All to the good.
