Just Do It ---- Not Sex, although if it is with your life partner then by all means just do it but this "Just Do It" is in reference of my last blog. Just run. Fuck it and go. I did and I was happy. I ran 3 miles in 27 minutes which is phenomenal for me since I DONT DO CARDIO -- I HAVE NEVER BEFORE -- just started to run. Maybe my third or forth time. So I am happy I did it and now I wish to do it again consistently, however the previous blog will most definitely over power my mind again. It's just a matter of if I will overcome the cloud of self loathing. |
