I have been asked so many times what the diffrents is of the types of I dance ( west coast swing) and east cost swing. I would like to show you via youtube.com what the dffrences are so here I go [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uL3u-d8STmA[/url] here the couple are all over the place and the rythem is tripple step triple step step step (a triple step is three steps in two beats of music) and it is not a slotted dance like west coast.
and west coast is a step step tripple tripple rythem like this [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-fXulOk14D4[/url] notice the lady is like a train and is on a rail check the diffrences out the west coast dancers are pros and the east coast dancers above are not pros it is so much fun and enjoyable when you connect your partner and you together when you dance any style of dancing.

as some of you know I have became singlelst month... welll it looks like I am not single for long as I found a COOLCHICK AT THE DANCE hall where i have been dancing for the last 3 years.
She is working in the south for a while and will be back in 3 months I can not wait... wish me luck ...

Was noticing that it has been so long since I blog.. sorry peps so much going on with work and my dancing and sleep or lack of sleep. I try to work as much over time as I can. cause t is getting harder to get the ot. But rest asured when i do have time off that I am on here mostly in the am and some times in the after noon when i am off work ... all take care and miss th old NN.
