Last night we went to a piano bar but couldn't get a table. Just hung out at the bar a good a pretty good time. Then we got lucky and got a table. However it was stuck back in the corner. We should have stayed at the bar even though we were standing. Today we decided to rebuild the entire kitchen including a new sofa, tv, .. everything including cabinets and appliances. Maybe it'll keep my mind off the fact that intimacy isn't what our marriage is all about anymore. Nothing to report in the fun department. | ||||||

The sun may be out but the temperature is like way cold! We're talking major cold. The furnace is still messed up but its still running. It just won't recycle correctly meaning it'll turn off both won't turn back on by itself! Even though my wife is now home it doesn't mean that life is hot. Let's say its at a comfortable level. I was trying to update my iTunes software package and I'm getting an invalid code. Now I'll have to reinstall it or something. Are computers fun or what! | ||||||

I had to run home because the repair guy was coming to work on my furnace. It seems the problem was only dirty sensor. All is good now! But for a while it was touch & go with no heat. That little cheapo $29 iPod docking system really rocks! Even with the remote control I can search, play, change volume ... everything. My son was in town and he only likes the high end equipment and he thought it was a great deal. That is until it breaks sometime next week we're thinking. But maybe not. Well, the repair is done & I'm out of here! Have a great weekend everyone! | ||||||

It's been a long day and I need my sleep. My vacation at home will be ending soon because my wife returns in a few days. In fact that only gives me tomorrow to get the house really cleaned up. It's not a mess but it definitely needs a quick overhaul. It seems you can't cook without pressure. I'm learning on a need to know basis! | ||||||

I had a doctors appointment at 9:00 a.m. this morning. Arriving 5 minutes early I thought good.. I'm not late. By 10:00 the doc hadn't arrived. His staff had no idea where he was and he wasn't calling when they paged him. I was already thinking of switching physician because they messed up a few prescriptions. Today sealed it. It's not like I don't know a bunch of docs that I could see. I got back to work around 10:45 a.m. and stayed until 7:15 this evening. So I don't feel so bad since I still put over 8 hours. There's got to be to life than working... We'll see! My wife is taking care of her mother up in Michigan. Today she got a little cabin fever & went out and purchased some cross country ski's. What was she thinking? Another sport for a week? | ||||||

I'm sure all you guys can relate to this. All the frozen leftovers have now gone & tonight (if I want to eat) there are two choices: Order pizza or get one of those meal in bags. I choose the second because at least they have the possibility of being good. And since I'm not that picky in the food department I'm starting on it now! But women beware.. I may not cook very well but I'm one hell of house cleaner! Yup! I can scrub, clean, vacuum, polish better than 75% of you. Rent me by the hour or use the barter system. | ||||||
