Have been feeling low, very unattractive, tired and generally not very special but today I feel better.

When freekforpussy was working here and becoming my friend he introduced me to a man named Bob. To look at him you would think he was not a nice person, shabby around the edges and a little unkempt, but freek liked him and as I looked past the unwashed exterior I grew to like him too. He is a gentle soul and made me laugh when I chatted with him.

Well today I was unloading the truck after getting up at 3am and baking the bread and one of my work mates said some one was looking for me. A strange looking man she said and I could hear the sneer in her voice, but that could have been the old green eyed monster coming out in her because for some reason the tourists like me and come looking for me when they return.

I went to see and it made my day. It was our friend Bob. Back for another season to stay on the river and come to town once a week for supplies and the joy that shone from his eyes when he saw me fill my heart with happiness and when he put his arms around me and hugged me and said gee its good to see you I felt special and so glad I took the time to get to know him.

I didnt care if people looked and i didnt care that maybe they thought he was strange the pure happiness in his eyes when he saw me made me float and filled my heart with joy that stayed with me all day.

So freek thanks for letting me meet such unsuaul characters, and he sends his love and thoughts to you and AK. think I might have a beer with him on the week end and spend some time with some one who just likes me and doesnt have any hidden adgendas
