So..quite easy recipes but with sure result ![]() The most easy way to fix it is use a glass (a normal one..that you use for drink water) to get the right amount of thing to put in it. for around 4 little creps.. 1) an egg 2) a glass of flour (ty Ocean Girl) 3) a glass of milk 4) a little spoon of olive oil extravergine 5) a litte (very very very) little amount of salt 6) two little spoon of sugar 7) a pinch of baking soda Mix all together (put the solid thing and then add slowly the liquid well mixed) when it has absolutely no lump in it you should let this mixture relax some minutes... Beware...the mixture should look like liquid ![]() if it is too solid, add some milk again. After a while take a pan, and use some butter on it (just a little, it is need just to avoid the creps will be no more 'turnable' on the other side). When the pan is hot, With a ladle take some of the mixture and verse it in the middle of, let the mixture cover all the bottom of the pan (it should be no more high than a mm (much lesser than an inch) after a while, you will see the mixture become solid, and when you can turn it on the other side easily...just..do it it should be well colored on the side now.While the other side is cooking, add some nutella on the creps and after a couple of minutes rolle the creps and remove it from the pan ! Yum..a secure success.. and if you feel very very greedy...just add in the mixture some whisky cream.... ![]() |
