I want to wish all my friends a safe and very Happy New Year!!!!

So much has happened to me this year...not all bad...but definately alot of good too.I am so thankful for all the great people I have become such great friends with this year.Friends I hold dear to me and feel a warmth in my heart everytime I think of them.

Wow!!! it's amazing how fast something can happen.Here I was chatting on the computer with some friends and I heard a noise outside.Popped my head out the door to see what was going on and I saw SMOKE billowing out the apt of the apartment building next to mine.Without thinking I grabbed the phone and ran outside while calling 911.Started to knock on doors to get people out of harms way and seeing the fire now roaring out the window and the roof of the building in a wall of smoke.Only a few minutes later the fire department showed up and took over for me....which means I could go in and get dressed(I was in my shorts and a tee and barefoot LOL)
Come to find out only an hour later it was kids playing with a lighter.Now 8 families are out of a home for at least 1 night possibly more.
Just got me to thinking ...I hope everyone stays safe and has a safe and wonderful Christmas...things can change drastically in only a minute or two.

/me is calming down and smoking my last ciggarette,and cant leave till fire department leaves to get more lol....

5 years ago today George Harrison passed away from cancer.I loved George.His songs had such a beautiful quality and a sincereness about them.A very spiritual man ,quiet,stoic,happy with the life that God gave him.Here is my little tribute to George in a small video form.Hope you enjoy!
