Lately I have been receiving many private messages from people I have never spoken to before. Some of them are lurkers from the chat rooms (people who never say a word in the room but expect you to devote all your time to them). I like this site but lately I have found a ring of unfriendly regulars who want to run the show. It saddens me to see this. Some are taunting others and trying to start arguments, others are just totally intolerant of things they don't understand.

Sad to say that I was thinking of going Premium but I am turned off by the actions of some of the other members. I got my notification in the mail...Summons for Jury Duty on April 1st. Is this a joke? How do they always invite you to serve when it is the worst possible time? I am glad to do my civic duty. I am such a geek and really want to serve on a jury. I have never been picked...wonder why?

I did it! I pushed the limits again. This past week I attended the funeral of my hubby's ex-wife. Despite the fact that I wanted to jump up and shout "BULLSHIT" every time they talked about her like she was a saint, I did hold my tongue and soon enough the services were over.
