Well, It's gone from minus 12 to 6 above yesterday to 21 today. My car wouldn't start Monday or tuesday (ice in the gas line). Didn't work monday... the buses weren't running and I couldn't get a cab. Yesterday I rode the bus to work. You can't beat a ride from my house downtown, free transfer to another bus that dropped me off a block from my workplace... all for 50 cents! If the busses here ran late, I wouldn't drive my car Monday through Friday. I've suggested this more than once to the bus company. All they'd need at night would be some security on board. No changes yet... think I'll suggest it again. MUCH cheaper than driving! Anyway, I caught a ride home from the supervisor. In a little while I'm going to try to start my car again. Keep your fingers crossed! lol If not today, it should start tomorrow or Friday for sure... it's supposed to be 40 degrees by then. Trust me, I'll be putting some gas-line anti-freeze in my tank soon! For the last few days, I think this song is appropriate: ~ | ||||||

It is officially colder than a witches' tit in a brass bra here: minus 11 degrees outside, after 12 inches of snow yesterday and today (on top of 5 inches of snow Thursday). There is a snow drift frozen to the hood of my car, which won't start because the fuel line is frozen up. Called the boss and there's no work to do today. I've already perved the net, so I'm going to watch a couple of movies and eat. If I get cabin feaver at any time I will simply stick my head out the front door for a quick cure! lol This is the most positive spin I can come up with on the weather right now: Too bad I don't have a warm woman here to spice things up.
