I feel good today. Pleasantly satiated. I am feeling rather mellow and relaxed and I could quite happily laze the day away. My body and mind are satisfied. The only thing missing is warm weather and a patch of sun to sit in to make my day any better; imagine a cat basking in the sunshine, that is how I am at this very moment.
