Oh fuck I hurt. From the neck down I feel like I have been worked over by some hood with a rubber hose and a chip on his shoulder. I had a massage yesterday afternoon and I forgot how painful deep tissue work is. It had been a long long time since I had it done and apparantly I had some deep down knots that needed working out. It was all good till the endorphins wore off. Now my back and shoulders are so sore it hurts to wear a damn bra. It's times like these I wish we had a hot tub. It would feel soooo nice to be stewing my sore bod in nice hot bubbly water right now.
