Ok, I don't normally do a two-fer, but hey I am just so pleased that I thought why not. We (finally) got the paperwork from the State regarding our tax refund. Basically we never got it in the mail and had to go thru this complicated song and dance to get it refunded again. Each part has and will take several weeks prior to final approval and a reissue of our money. Pity they can't tack on some interest for all of the months we will end up waiting till we get it. Such a drag but at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I would have been furious had it been stolen and cashed, but thankfully that wasn't the case. It just never made it to our house. It is lost somwhere in the USPS system.

So that is just good to know that we may just see last year's refund maybe before this years lol.
