Whoever invented the StairMaster is an evil evil person. My ass is killing me. It HURTS, fuck it hurts! I am scared to get up and walk to the shower now. It didn't hurt so bad till I got home and sat down for a little while. Then I tried to get up and now my ass is getting it's revenge. I am praying my husband comes home at a somewhat decent hour because I am in dire need of an ass massage. If it hurts like this an hour after excercising I am afraid of what it's gonna be like tomorrow morning *whimper*
