Migraines are the worst. My head hurts so bad right now I want to cry but if I do it will only make it worse. I have a few hours to get rid of this or I am in trouble. I can't be like this today, just too much to do...

rehydrate yourself lots of water and a couple of pain killers and the dark room also helps

lots of water and sit in the dark with your body in a motionless state..hands over your chest...cool cloth on your forehead.....no noise
