Funspot, the largest video game arcade in the world.

Over 8 hours of driving to get there and back, but 3 stories of games, an indoor mini golf course, a bowling ally with regular and candle pin, go cart, multiple snack bars, even a bar. I play many classic arcade games for the first time, like asteroids and pac-man. Played pinball for the first time, on a classic Kiss pinball machine from Balley. Many of the games I would have liked to play were closed down for repairs. Had an opportunity to play Donkey Kong, and Super Mario Brothers, and the original Mario Brothers {first time for that one}. It was a great time and well worth the drive, we are planning on going back at the beginning of summer, or maybe spring break.

I have been trying to think of what to blog about and have been unable to decide. Music, Movies, Games, Comics, the weather?

How do they get the tiny ball into the tip of a ball point pen and keep it there? Why is the sky blue, I mean who decided that was what blue looked like? Do dogs dream that they are the owners and we are the pets? How many people still think orange is the new black? Who is that man behind the curtain? Do kids really say the darndest things? Are Bert and Ernie gay? And if so is Rubber Duckie really a muppet sex toy? Where is Waldo? And finally we know the square root of PI but what is the square root of brownies?

Sometimes you come across these creatures while traveling usually Trolls travel alone or in small groups. They can be annoying and treacherous either way. First thing to remember is that they cannot be domesticated, no matter how hard you try. Sometime they look cute and seem friendly but they will always bite as soon as your guard is down. No matter what they are faced with a Troll will not admit when they are wrong, so don’t get caught up with trying to correct them, they will use this as an opportunity to try and get you from behind. As for attacks that work well against a Troll, fire and acid based attacks, as they can regenerate fast. A fire or acid based attack cannot be regenerated, and can often times destroy the Troll out right. As for trapping a Troll it often works but in the end it will regenerate itself and often times two or more will come back.


As for Goblins these ugly little creatures are normally slightly smarter than Trolls, {not that Trolls have a high level of intelligence} and they tend to be hornier and capable of using tools such as email and webcams. As for forms of attack that work well any, however when they are in a group fire and acid work well since they spread and you can get more of them with one attack. Unlike Trolls, Goblins cannot regenerate and unless resurrected normally stay dead. Goblins tend to be more numerous and disappear faster than Trolls, however neither should be left undestroyed when encountered. Employ tactics that have been proven to work and like a Zombie never let them get too close.

Deckard is a Blade Runner, a police man of the future who hunts down and terminates replicants, artificially created humans. He wants to get out of the force, but is drawn back in when 4 "skin jobs" hijack a ship back to Earth. The Los Angeles of 2019 that Deckard must search for his prey is a huge, sprawling, bleak vision of the future.

On a side note: When Deckard finds Zhora in the back room of the photograph, and zooms in on her face, the person he sees is clearly not Joanna Cassidy (the actress who plays Zhora). Additionally, when he prints out the close up of her face, the hard copy is at a completely different angle to the image on screen. The first goof was corrected in the 2007 Final Cut; the image on screen is now that of Cassidy. The second goof however remains.

One of Jim Hensons most memorable and highly rated films, 28 years after it was released people are still waiting for part 2.

Interesting piece of trivia: The Gelfling puppets have three fingers and one thumb on each hand. When Kira and Jen make their way into the castle via a mouth-like entrance, Kira's right hand has five fingers in the long shot (actors, not puppets, were used for long shots of the Gelflings).

great movie, had some really good actors, DJ Qualls, Eliza Dushku, Zooey Deschanel, and Eddie Griffin. However it is the cameos that make this move great, Henry Rollins, Vanilia Ice, Gene Simmions, Lyle Lovett. Good story about a dorky kid willing to do anything to get noticed, and lose the stigma he has lived with all his life. But in the end realizes that is what made him tick to begin with. Worth a laugh or two...

A section of lead pipe is good for a single encounter but is too heavy for those on the move. A Sledgehammer has the same drawback and also requires practice for its user to hit a moving target. Aluminum bats are light enough to work for one, maybe two fight, but are known to bend after prolonged use.

Apart from fire, sulfric acid is the best way to completely destroy a zombie.
