Australia and New Zealand will soon enter 2012, followed slowly by the rest of the world.

I will say that 2011 was a year that was a bit of a course correction. After finding out just how good, and bad, people can be in 2010, the previous year was an exercise in remembering that lesson. I hope that 2012 will stop being about corrections and start being about the journey a bit more.

So, I wish everyone out there a very good year.
