but I feel this needs to be said

This has been my life;
My, thoughts
I went through a childhood from hell ,
but I never threatened my kids life's, put a gun to there head or beat them.
I come from a family of alcoholics,
7 months in the hospital with cancer saved me from that.
I am a survivor.
And it was me that did it .
The thing is ,the battle goes on, and your alone,
but you go on.
Because your life is something, you are something.

This is suicide prevention month, no one thought I would make it
They said I was done 4times.
The nurses gave me a tee shirt , It was a lion with these words on it.... The boss

You are the boss in your life, keep swinging!
We are the champions of us!


Over 50% of all gun deaths are from suicides.
