1:; my heart has gone out this month to friends who have lost loved ones, been treated badly here, and had their heart bent
but still have a great heart
just know im here for u

2; no 1 needs a perfect person ( ok there are none)
we just need a special person who accepts us for who we are
n makes us feel special
if life was so simple

3; as u get older u will understand
its not about what u look like
or all the things u have
it is about the person u have become

4; healing doesn't mean
the damage never exited
it means the damage no longer controls our lifes

5; The trails that are sent along sometimes for us to bear,
May so easily discourage us and weigh us down with care.
Yet, whatever you decide to do, never think of giving in
For, no sooner will this time have passed,
Than a brand new chapter will begin!
For if you ride out this time, you'll find the strength to
carry on.
Even if your energy seems at the moment to be gone.
For, within everyone of us lies a spark that's always lit
Which can easily become a flame as long as we don't quit

sometimes in ur darkest hours u just have 2 dance
but most of all find some sunshine
