the thing was hiring my husband. I always thought that if ever a couple could work together it was us, maybe im right, we shall see. it all started with complete employee incompetence and desperation for competent help. the fact that the Mr's shoulder is on the out and the Australian summer is already ramping up he was an easy yes. and so the adventure of the proper Aussie high vis male transitioning to kitchen management begins. poor lad has to figure out how to keep a busy catering kitchen full of women happy and im honestly scared they will chew him up and spit him out on the first shift |
