SpaceX had another Starlink satellite launch from Cape Canaveral, FL tonight at 7:32pm. I decided to head over to the boardwalk to check out the view from there. The second stage of the rocket can be seen at about 4 minutes and 30 seconds after launch in the lower right just above the pavilion and continues until the second stage burned out at 8 minutes and 57 seconds after launch. You can still see the second stage for a few seconds after engine shutdown just above bright Jupiter to the east.

I was able to catch the second stage of tonight's SpaceX launch again tonight. The rocket comes from just above the tree at the bottom right. I was able to track it until it got lost in the glare of the moon. This was also about the time that the second stage shut down. By the way... that bright "star" to the left of the moon is actually Jupiter.

There is so much ambient light that I could barely make out the stars of the Big Dipper or the comet. I needed to set my camera on night mode and take an 8 second exposure to even get this.
